Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Synergy Tecnologia Ltda (CNPJ 51.033.169/0001-89), Rua Vicente Oropallo, 70, Cidade São Francisco, São Paulo, SP 05351-025, Brazil, which operates Media System. By using Media System you accept them. If you use it on behalf of a company, you confirm you can bind that company to them.

Media System lets you upload content, schedule and approve it, publish it to Instagram and YouTube, see how it performed, and watch public accounts in your niche. We may add, change or remove features over time.

Access is by invitation, and you must be at least 18. Connect only accounts you own or are authorized to manage. Keep your sign-in, API keys and the computer running the desktop runner secure: actions taken with them count as yours.

Your content stays yours. You give us permission to store, process and publish it only as needed to run the service for you. You are responsible for having the rights to it, and for what it says, including any disclosures a platform or the law requires.

By using Media System, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. You must also follow Instagram's Terms of Use.

We don't control these platforms. They can change their rules, limit what Media System can do, or act on your accounts. We can't promise any particular reach or results, and you are responsible for how your accounts comply with their rules.

You are responsible for what you approve. Check it first, because a published post can be seen right away. If a post's slot has passed, it may still go out as soon as it can be published, unless you choose otherwise. Publishing can fail or run late, so check anything that has to go out at an exact time.

Some features draft text, such as suggested comments, using AI. Drafts can be wrong or unsuitable. Review them before using them; whatever you post is yours.

Don't use Media System to break the law or a platform's rules, to post spam or misleading content, to infringe anyone's rights, or to access accounts without authorization. Don't try to break its security, or overload or reverse engineer it.

If fees apply to your use, we will agree them with you before charging you.

We provide Media System as it is and as available, without promising it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. Keep your own copies of your source files.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits, lost revenue or lost reach, or for actions taken by the platforms. Our total liability is limited to the greater of what you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim and R$ 500. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived by law.

You can stop using Media System at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, or if we stop offering the service, giving notice when we reasonably can. Our privacy policy explains what happens to your data.

When we change these terms we update the date above, and we tell you directly about material changes before they take effect.

Brazilian law governs these terms, and the courts of São Paulo, SP, have jurisdiction, except where the law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
